What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as the primary client contact for social media and influencer program deliverables, providing strategic insights and updates
  2. Write and edit compelling, platform-specific social copy that aligns with client voice and goals
  3. Collaborate with influencers to plan and execute virtual and in-person activations
  4. Develop content amplification strategies and manage paid media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement
  5. Analyze performance metrics across social channels to refine strategies and recommend improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 4+ years of client-facing agency experience or equivalent in social media, digital content, influencer, or paid marketing
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  3. Deadline-driven with a keen attention to detail and a passion for improving results
  4. Ability to adjust digital strategy, voice, and tone based on client needs and audience
  5. Experience with social media management and analytics tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Sprinklr
  2. Knowledge of digital tools for analytics and influencer management like Google Analytics or Brandwatch
  3. A proactive approach to seeking out new ways to achieve client goals
