Job Description:

Grow your career as a Marketing Campaign Lead with an innovative global bank in New York, NY. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

Will be responsible for working with cross channel partners to support the development and execution of Conversions marketing programs. Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s / University degree required
  • 5+ years of experience working on marketing campaigns with an emphasis on development of marketing communications
  • Experience working for financial services companies
  • Experience executing Control Assessments including planning, testing and reporting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Experience applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Accustomed to prioritizing managing multiple projects, campaigns, or tasks simultaneously
  • Experience documenting, implementing, and executing Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for management of control issues.
  • Thrive when working under pressure and with the key ability to meet deadlines
  • Exhibit proactive capabilities, forward thinking to address issues before they arise
  • Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration with multiple cross functional teams

  • What You Will Be Doing Will participate in the timely execution of the Control Assessment program including planning, testing and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including key stakeholders such as Product Management, Analytics and Marketing Transformation & Delivery and other governing and channel support teams to ensure complex marketing deliverables are accurate and compliant throughout the campaign execution lifecycle through to in-market launch.
  • Test and monitor key controls which have been identified for each product line and document results.
  • Liaise with business and line control officers on any deficiencies or control gaps as well as ensuring appropriate remedial actions are in place where deficiencies are identified.
  • Support the development of marketing communications for multiple channels including Direct Mail, Email and Digital including for new card products.
  • Document, implement and execute Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for management of control issues.
  • Apply professional judgment when interpreting data and results.
  • Break down information in a systematic and communicable manner.
