Job Description
U.S. Bank is currently seeking a Translations Project Manager to support the Translation Strategy & Governance team with the execution and delivery of multilingual translations for the banku2019s lines of business. The Translations Project Manager will ensure all elements of the localization workflow, from request creation to job completion, are successfully performed and documented in a compliant manner.
Responsibilities And Tasks
Receive translation requests from across the enterprise and delegate tasks to the appropriate internal or external linguistsLead the file preparation efforts for translation (Word, Excel, InDesign)Create and organize files utilizing the teamu2019s folder structure to track all localization requests and current statusProactively identify, address, and rectify issues to keep all deliverables on schedule, this includes ensuring schedules are met by internal and external resourcesWork with the team to improve localization processes by reducing output errors, streamlining, and incorporating AI technology to the teamu2019s processesMultilingual desktop publishing work as neededTranslation quality check and certification is a plus
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceSix or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Four to six years of prior project management experience, preferably in translation and localizationComprehensive understanding of all aspects of the localization processCritical thinker that collaborates to identify opportunities and prioritiesAbility to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment adapting to the changing market environmentDemonstrated agility in thinking and deliveryStrong organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAcute attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritize team workloadResourceful, creative, well-organized, and proactiveHighly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) tools or softwareBasic knowledge of HTML and XMLWorking knowledge of AprimoBilingual (Spanish, Chinese, Japanese preferred)Collaborative thinker who works well on a team
Location Expectations
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $107,865.00 - $126,900.00 - $139,590.00
