Working with a cross-functional team, the incumbent will be responsible for developing, positioning, and messaging go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and competitive analysis. Some responsibilities will include strategic planning, providing valuable input regarding the market and engaging in product management functions for the portfolio of products.Ideally candidate will work out of San Jose office- but will consider Remote for right qualified candidate*
ResponsibilitiesAct as marketing’s single point of contact for a portion of the company’s overall portfolio in region to various stakeholders – internal and externalOwn product reinvigorate, refresh, and retire programs, working in alignment with vertical marketing leads, channel marketing managers, and field marketing managers based on quarterly business results reported by regional product management team and portfolio-based pipeline reportsAccountable for selective activation of global product marketing sourced content in marquee horizontal media outlets & events and targeted activation of inbound digital (SEO/SEM) campaigns for top tier products critical to the regional annual P&LDrive sales enablement and demand creation programs for portfolio-specific overlay sales teamsResponsible for monitoring and driving organizational response to primary competitors’ regional marketing campaigns, messaging, etc.Lead regional marketing participation on product launch calls (global and regional) to ensure regional GTM readiness from a marketing perspectiveManage promotional, incentive, and rebate strategy in region as part of a holistic GTM plan to accelerate pipeline and drive additional commercial focus where needed in alignment with the overall GTM plan for the portfolioComprehensive portfolio specific regional GTM marketingCoordinate tradeshow and event activities with Zebra Event teamPortfolio pipeline – marketing influenced & drivenSuccessful seller adoption of enablement materialsVoice of customer (from regions, channel, sales, or direct contact) into global product marketing teamImpactful portfolio-specific, cross-vertical initiatives in regionRobotics experience preferred, specifically in Autonomous Mobile Robots
QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree, or equivalent work experience in relatable field12+ years work experience to include product marketing and/or comparable product management, development experience and ideally to include Robotics experience, specifically in Autonomous Mobile RobotsOrganizational Agility Matrix, indirect management- Drive results and execution through a virtual teamInfluence / Negotiation / Partnership skills with product teamsAbility to technically understand how products fit in to create and deliver a solutionExcellent presentation & communication skillsDemonstrated whole lifecycle product marketing experience, from NPI to EOLUnderstanding of holistic go-to-market readiness, especially readiness of different channels for the portfolio at largeCompetitive analysis, with a focus on neutralizing and responding to marketing tactics in region
