To be a global leader in absorbent hygiene by meeting consumers’ diverse needs through effective, affordable and widely available personal care solutions.Your Role:The primary function of this position will be to oversee and coordinate printed promotional, catalog and direct mail campaigns for the HDIS Marketing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to communication and negotiation with resources, both internal and external, in the areas of editing/proofing, layout, pre-press, printing, mailing and postal services. This position will also distribute the allocation of funds of all invoices to appropriate manager/s. The Production Services Manager will assume responsibility for related duties as required for HDIS, including but not limited toKey Responsibilities:Lead Marketing Production meetings with all Managers and Artists.Maintain the Marketing Production calendar and ensure that all printed marketing campaigns are on time and within budget.Produce schedules for vendors and oversee print production process to ensure deadlines are achieved.Write production specifications to be estimated by at least three vendors for each printed campaign.Submit requests for all Contact ID’s and price lists used in printed campaigns.Update internal Communications Meeting notes twice a month with the most recent promotional calendar, job scheduling and marketing inventory.Schedule graphic artist priorities within HDIS marketing projects.Manage proofing process with various managers and internal departments.Submit Data Request Forms with signatures from the manager/s to Analytics.Examine and proof hard copy, color proofs for large mailings and catalog jobs.Create a print matrix to give to both print and letter shop for quantity and insertion order.Receive lettershop data proofs, coordinate with the Analytics team for approval.Submit requests for postage checks and or release from CAPS account.Oversee invoicing, breaking out cost centers, quantities, and amounts.Manage year-end marketing materials inventory.Create
Marketing Memos for operations team and internal communications, including samples of printed materials to include in digital archives.Proof insertion orders with letter shops via the manager’s signature.Monitor inventory levels of catalogs, components, and packets at HDIS and on location
at vendors monthly.Manage physical inventory onsite and on location at vendors annually.Manage the HDIS PIP program, known as Great Offers, with external print resource and internally with HDIS accounting.Manage postage account with USPS. Keep track of each transaction and balance account once a week.Manage monthly postage allocation to be reported to accounting on the 1 st
of every month.Manage all requests for postage deposits.Pay all HDIS postage yearly fees with both Olivette and Downtown post offices.Manage invoice accruals for all printed campaigns including inventoried materials usageCreate Year End report for internal and external auditors.The Production Services Manager will uphold the culture of HDIS including relationship building with internal and external customers.Experience/Skills Required:2-4 years marketing experienceSolid acumen across all four of the Marketing Ps (product, place, price, promotion)Some experience with new product or brand launch initiativesExperience with printing and/or mailing servicesDetail-orientedExcellent documentation, coordination, communication and negotiation skillsProficient with Microsoft Excel and WordProfessional verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organization and analytical skills as well as the ability to adapt to a variable workload and function in a deadline-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree in the area of Communications, Marketing, or Journalism/Equivalent.Attindas is an equal opportunity employer.
