Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin to support a range of activities crucial to our daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role is integral to ensuring smooth and efficient processes across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:Onboarding Support:
Manage start date confirmations, coordinate invites, and prepare training materials to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.Request Processing:
Handle processing of checks and purchase orders for essentials such as permits, mileage, and supplies.Purchasing Coordination:
Oversee the procurement of various items including supplies, shirts, iPads, hand warmers, and water.Account Management:
Maintain key operational accounts including Ground Force, Enabled, and Outlook.Supplies Management:
Coordinate the distribution and maintenance of materials, including the laundering and stocking of company polos and other canvas materials.Fleet Management:
Conduct regular inspections to maintain vehicle cleanliness and service intervals.Permitting Coordination:
Manage necessary permitting processes including state background checks.Device Management:
Oversee settings, logins, tracking, and replacement of canvassing devices such as iPads.No Solicit Request Management:
Process and manage homeowner requests for "Do Not Knock," ensuring timely removal from systems.Data Entry:
Manage data entry for events, canvass initiatives, and market-related activities, including handling misrouted calls.Mobile Management:
Set up, manage, and terminate mobile devices and accounts, including iPads and iPhones.Local Travel:
Coordinate travel within the market for sales classes and other business needs.
Qualifications:Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and database management.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
