ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our restaurant team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various purposes within our restaurant.Responsibilities:Develop and design menus, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials to showcase our menu items, events, and promotions.Collaborate with marketing and management teams to create visually engaging content for social media platforms, website, and digital marketing campaigns.Ensure all designs align with the restaurant's branding guidelines and maintain consistency across different mediums.Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to project requirements.Coordinate with external vendors and printers to oversee the production and printing of marketing materials when necessary.Contribute innovative ideas and concepts to enhance the restaurant's visual identity and customer experience.
QualificationsProven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, layout skills, and a keen eye for typography and color theory.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of printing processes and specifications for various materials.Thompson Hospitality
