The Role:
The Contractor, US Marketing, Hematology will execute brand strategies and execution for Ge nmab’s first asset in hematology , E PKINLY . This critical role will report directly into the Director of EPKINLY Marketing and be expected to work closely within the US Marketing Team; with EPKINLY cross - functional teams ; as well as EPKINLY US a lliance partners. Success in role will require realiz ing strategic and tactical synergies and pan-indication brand activities .
Overall, he/she will be an important leading contributor to the overall product marketing team, extended launch teams, cross - functional and alliance partners.Success in this role will require strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, oncology/ hematology (w/ recent launch) experience (highly preferred) , and a proven track record operating in an emerging/developing organization.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:Shape key strategies, pull - through prioritized tactics and live into the overall brand vision set by Genmab organizational leadership
Seamlessly integrate promotion al strategies into the overall product brand plan
Manage detailed tactical plans and develop related content to drive brand and launch readiness goals
Partner effectively across HCP, Consumer , and Digital Marketing to develop and implement cohesive brand campaign s , creative, positioning and messaging, etc.
Effectively translate primary & secondary data into insight-driven decision making and actionable strategies and tactics to establish and sustain a competitive marketplace advantage
Work productively to lead through external agency partners, key internal stakeholders, and cross functional groups within the Genmab organization to drive performance results
Manage project timelines, budgets and all key deliverables aligned to brand goals
RequirementsA minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
A minimum of 6 years of professional relevant experience required
O ncology/hematology marketing and/or relevant therapeutic areas experience highly preferred
O ncology/hematolog y/specialty marketing experience within pharma/biotech strongly preferred
Recent launch experience highly preferred
Experience working in the highly complex , dynamic environment of an emerging organization preferred
Proven a bility to work cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneously required
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial mind-set and a track record of results
Resourceful, decisive and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization
Prior joint venture / c o-promote / co-marketing alliance experience preferred
Ability to travel domestically
