Overview
As an Associate Creative Project Manager and member of Betty’s PMO, our project managers are the hub across all disciplines in the agency from the inception of the project through final execution. Project Managers are creative problem-solvers who can anticipate project needs and think on their toes. You will need to be able to deliver exciting projects on time and on budget, even when changes are being made faster than you can hit "save" on your computer. The Associate Creative Project Manager ensures consistent, on-time production execution of agency work across all disciplines, support project manager(s) and agency process as needed, and assigned by supervisor(s).
About the Role:
Day-to-day management and communication on a multitude of projects ranging from traditional print/collateral to digital and social media, acting as the liaison between our internal teams
Managing all aspects for print and digital media marketing campaigns including, the creative planning stage, daily operations, print and creative asset deliverables
Wrangle scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure they’re delivered on time and executed flawlessly
Act as a true partner to internal production and content editing teams to ensure they’re on task and informed, and all creative resources are in alignment
Qualifications:
1-3 years of print and/or digital project management experience required
Ability to manage social media strategies including copy, content, and ensuring social media brands align with overall brand goals is preferred
Manage clients across industries, such as retail and grocery is preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment while adapting to project change
Ability to enforce deadlines with an overall strong sense of urgency, humor, and empathy
Collaborate seamlessly with other disciplines across all capabilities of Betty’s fully integrated offering
