We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Assistant to help manage and maintain ongoing SEO campaigns for multiple WordPress websites. This is a remote, part-time position ideal for someone comfortable working with SEO tools and executing monthly optimization tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly on-page and technical SEO updates using SEOPress Pro
- Use tools like Alli AI, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics to track progress
- Upload and format blog posts (content provided or AI-generated via ChatGPT)
- Manage Google My Business listings (posting updates, responding to reviews, etc.)
- Assemble monthly SEO reports using Google Slides
- Monitor and validate schema markup using Schema tools
- Light WordPress work (e.g., editing metadata, optimizing images)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with WordPress and SEOPress Pro
- Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices
- Strong written English for basic reporting
- Comfortable using Google Slides for reporting
Bonus Skills:
- GMB experience
- Looker Studio experience
- Content writing/editing using AI
