The Marketing Intern will assist the Marketing Manager (MM) in developing and implementing media, partnership, and sponsorship strategies to enhance brand relevance and increase patient volume. This role provides valuable support in achieving physician and patient satisfaction within Flagship and its affiliated partner practices. The intern will work closely with the MM, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and other marketing team members to contribute to various marketing initiatives and projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing marketing strategies that align with overall revenue goals.Conduct research to identify new opportunities and best practices in niche healthcare markets.Support the design and execution of specialized campaigns for specific target populations.Help manage and execute email marketing campaigns.Support the analysis of both organic and paid acquisition channels.Aid in coordinating marketing initiatives with agency partners.Provide assistance and support to the Marketing Manager in various tasks.Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices.Monitor and manage our practice's online reputation.Assist in event/referral marketing efforts.Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including email marketing platforms and social media management tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
