Description Position Overview Bread Alone is on a mission to nourish people and the planet with honest, organic bread. We operate three cafes in the Hudson Valley, sell our housemade pastries and sliced breads in farmers’ markets across NYC, and retail our organic sliced breads in grocery stores across the Northeast. As we continue to grow, we’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to help lead and execute our marketing strategy across channels. This role is highly cross-functional, supporting brand growth through smart campaign planning, strong partner management, and results-driven execution. You’ll work closely with our content, sales, hospitality, and customer care teams to bring Bread Alone’s story to life across platforms—from the website to our cafés, and from social to grocery store shelves. The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Brand Officer and does not have direct reports to start but will supervise agencies, freelancers and projects. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, results-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about good food and sustainability. Hours: This is a full-time Monday - Friday 40/ 50 hour hybrid role. The requirement is a minimum of three days in the office per week in Woodstock, NY. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Duties, responsibilities, and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support brand and sales goals Plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and shopper marketing efforts to drive engagement and sales Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including calendars, timelines, and execution Help evolve and maintain brand positioning, messaging and tone across all channels Lead digital marketing strategy, including website, blog, paid search, and SEO Setup and manage digital agency partners to optimize website UX, performance, and e-commerce outcomes Lead Google Analytics & Square Space tracking and reporting, using data insights to refine digital strategies Lead email marketing strategy, including audience growth, segmentation, and performance analysis Partner with the Content Manager to define social media strategy, monitor performance, and adjust based on data and insights Support the development of storytelling assets (visuals, videos and copy) in collaboration with our Designer and Content Manager Lead the brand ambassador and influencer program, partnering with agency teams, and ensuring alignment with campaign and company goals. Support PR efforts, event marketing, and community partnerships to amplify brand storytelling and elevate Bread Alone’s presence Monitor and report on campaign and channel performance, leveraging data and insights to optimize future strategy Contribute to team development through mentorship and hands-on collaboration Lead special projects as assigned Job Requirements 5+ years of proven marketing experience required (preferably in food/CPG) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required 3+ years of digital marketing experience required 3+ years of experience with omnichannel marketing campaigns including email, paid media, social, web, PR Prior experience managing agencies strongly preferred A passion for organic food, sustainability, and mission-driven brands. Hands-on, creative, and collaborative mindset Respect for and comfort with a diverse and inclusive workplace Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt Compensation: Bread Alone is deeply committed to ethically balancing the demands of the business and paying a living wage to all those who contribute to our success. Pay for this position is $72,000 to $92,000 annually.
