Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE1. Passion for the properties and local experiences2. 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with partnership, community, eventprogramming and production experience3. Experience with digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketingand SEO4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills5. Strong project manager and cross-functional collaborator. Able to motivate teams,multitask and prioritize against competing deadlines, evaluate tradeoffs, flagconcerns, and ensure goals are met6. Optimistic, proactive, self-driven and results-oriented7. Ability to report on and syntatize qualitative and quantitative results, in order tooptimize efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns and partnershipsLANGUAGE, MATHEMATICAL, and REASONING ABILITIESCandidate must meet the following cognitive abilities:1.
