Position Description:
Performs administrative duties in the management and coordination of a large, specialized project and program. Under general supervision, performs varied and complex administrative duties requiring independent judgment and the application of established policies and procedures. May provide supervision and direction to clerical, paraprofessional or professional staff members.

Major/Essential Functions:
Develop and maintain the visual identity for the TTU Office of Advancement in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and branding standards.
Design customized layouts and graphic elements for proposals exceeding $1 million, working closely with proposal writers to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
Provide leadership and management of the advancement design team, fostering professional growth, maintaining design consistency, and ensuring adherence to project deadlines.
Curates and designs promotional items, materials, and campaign collateral for the office, ensuring they reflect the campaign’s messaging and objectives effectively.
Create annual templates for impact reports tailored to named colleges, corporations, foundations, university-wide initiatives, and campaign updates.
Develop a variety of print, digital, and tangible assets needed to support advancement efforts, maintaining high standards of design and visual communication.
Collaborate on additional fundraising initiatives and special projects as required, contributing design expertise to enhance campaign effectiveness and donor engagement.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with creating compelling design content for various audiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong ability to be creative, innovative, and adaptive.
Knowledge of TTU branding guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Five years of graphic design experience in higher education or non-profit. Proven track record of designing for high-profile projects. Expertise in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, as well as in design principles, visual identities, and branding standards. Strong strategic and creative thinking skills with history of success in project management. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a design team.

This role focuses on leading and managing a talented design team to produce high-quality materials for fundraising initiatives.
