Digital Marketing ManagerLocation:
Onsite (Smyrna, GA)Shift:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through FridayKey Focus Areas:Website CampaignsEmail CampaignsGeneral Purpose:The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and will lead the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns and platforms. This role is crucial in driving our brand’s online presence and contributing to the overall business success.Duties and Responsibilities
(other duties may be assigned):Digital Campaign Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., email, search engine marketing, display advertising).Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to achieve business objectives.
Coding and Web Development
Collaborate with developers and designers to implement changes and enhancements.Possess coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to create and maintain campaign pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
Digital Asset Management
Oversee the organization and maintenance of digital assets (images, videos) to ensure consistency and accessibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update digital content.
Community Platform Management
Work with the Communications Manager to execute social media strategy implementation and support development initiatives and enhance the user experience on the community platform GLOCK IQ (or other relevant platforms) to foster engagement.
Analytics and Performance Measurement
Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Work with outside creative teams and cross-departmentally to support department initiatives.Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Occasional travel overnight and weekends.Qualifications/Job Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
