Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth in commercial real estate.
- Develop and carry-out branding strategies.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and PPC.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team for industry understanding and market knowledge to use in campaign development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, proposals, analysis, and income-generating ideas.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance and impact on revenue.
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website and social media channels.
- Identify and implement innovative ways to reach potential clients and drive market growth.
- Research/plan for/attend career fairs, trade shows and networking events
- MBA or Master's in Marketing from an accredited institution.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, with a preference for those with exposure to commercial real estate or a related industry.
- Proven track record of creating measurable marketing campaigns that have contributed to revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day execution.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful individual with a passion for thinking outside the box and seeing results.
- Ability and drive to follow through and follow up on every task
- Player-coach mentality - Ability to both delegate and oversee while also remaining heavily involved in the process (no job to big or too small)
