This role will become a primary voice for Mosaic regarding company reviews, social media, and overall outreach efforts.How You’ll Make an Impact:+ Act as a liaison to CCO and CHRO to align messaging while producing advertising and marketing collateral, content, guidelines, and approved resources for the organization.+ Design and implement multi-channel plans to promote Mosaic’s Employee Value Proposition, Mission and Culture.+ Work with recruitment and operational teams to gather, analyze and utilize market research/benchmark data to improve both internal and external marketing material to maintain Mosaic’s reputation as an employer of choice and attract top talent.+ Partner in both monitoring and responding to company reviews.
