Description
The Content Strategist will play an integral role in shaping and executing Continental’s global content strategy across our Events and Contracted Services businesses. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of content development, brand storytelling, and digital engagement. The Content Strategist will oversee content planning, creation, and distribution across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Additionally, the Content Strategist will lead copywriting for both internal and external communications. This role will ensure that all content aligns with the company’s mission, values, and strategic objectives.
To be successful, the Content Strategist will collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing team, Business Development, Operations teams and key stakeholders to drive compelling and impactful content initiatives. This role requires a data-driven approach to content optimization, leveraging trends, analytics, and tools to continuously refine and improve content effectiveness.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global content strategy to support brand positioning, audience engagement, and business objectives.
- Oversee content planning and editorial calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across all channels.
- Manage and produce high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for client and guest-facing needs including marketing materials, field signage, presentations and more.

- Develop and enforce content standards, style guides, and best practices to maintain brand consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and business development to align content strategies with company goals.
- Analyze content performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized, data-driven, and aligned with audience needs and market trends.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance and expedite content engagement and brand relevance.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, and content marketing with a proven ability to manage and oversee content initiatives.
- Striking leadership skills with experience managing team members as well as time-sensitive projects.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret content performance data to drive strategic decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and digital marketing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field strongly preferred.
