Essential Functions
Maintain the parish website with continuous updates to keep the community informed and engagedPrepare and publish various communications, such as Flocknotes publications, newsletters, weekly bulletin, etc.Produce and maintain a digital calendar to record and track all parish events and room reservationsProduce publications for ministry and evangelization purposes, such as new parishioner welcome packets, sacrament preparation materials, etc.Maintain and update various social media platforms, such as Facebook
Position Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalentBilingual and biliterate (Spanish & English)Proficiency with social media platformsProficiency with Microsoft and Google software toolsExperience with website design and/or graphic design is preferredKnowledge of the Catholic Church structure and traditions is preferredAbility to prepare letters, correspondence, mass emailsExcellent communication skillsAbilty to work with othersSelf-StarterAbility to learn new database programs (i.e., Ministry Platform)
