The Digital Media (Precision) Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of each brand’s full funnel marketing campaigns. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the Manager to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns and implement the campaigns with the support of internal graphic & digital teams as well as external agencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDeploy successful marketing campaigns, owning their implementation from ideation to executionUnderstand the master brand strategy, how it translates across comms channels, and effectively communicate strategies and rationale for tactical approaches for each brand campaign to agency or platform partnersManage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launchEstablish KPIs for each campaign and communicate these KPIs to the ad partners to ensure effective measurements post campaignExecute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programsWork with ecommerce team to manage the tagging plans of ads and sitesPartner with analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generationWork with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementationProactively provide regular insights to brand marketing management on campaign performanceWork in partnership with marketing lead to proactively provide campaign details and campaign performance insights to National and Independent Account sales teams for co-op campaignsTroubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns, especially across social media accountsTakes ownership of the Customer Data Platform, taking lead in building audience segments and customer profiles that can be used in predictive marketing campaignsStay abreast of industry changes, media platforms, advertising platforms, and new advertising technologyActively manage agency team, driving optimum performance against campaign objectivesQUALIFICATIONS
Strong Communication SkillsStrong Analytical SkillsExperience in online ad trafficking include ad taggingExperience with bid management & campaign optimization techniques.Soft skills: teamwork, collaboration, communication, time management, ability to work in fluid situations and quickly pivot, positive attitude, self-starter - ownership from brief to measurement.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years’ related experience in a mid to large size company; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Media agency experience preferred.
