Head of Brand Design, Creative X Responsibilities:
Drive the global brand design vision for all of Meta’s products and servicesLead a high performing team to develop original, breakthrough brand systems, behaviors and design solutions that serve a global audienceFoster and grow brand design culture through enabling a world-class design teamDrive decision making processes and ways of working to improve performance, quality and integrated approaches to executionLead with vision, influencing Marketing, Product and Business leadership to develop holistic brand systems
Minimum Qualifications:
15+ years experience in design, building consumer brands globally10+ years of demonstrated people management experience coaching and developing team membersExperience leading with creative vision, purpose and innovationExperience leading leadersExperience driving business results in ambiguous problem spacesExperience building portfolio brands and working with brand architectureExperience across integrated design work: traditional, product, packaging, retail and experientialExperience recruiting talent and developing design careersExperience collaborating, driving consensus among highly cross functional teamsExperience partnering with and influencing Chief Marketing Officers and other executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:

$283,000/year to $335,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
