Who You Are The Cultural Vistas External Relations Team seeks a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that expand our reach, increase engagement, and drive program participation. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies while leveraging digital tools, analytics, and content to enhance Cultural Vistas' impact. You will play a key role in optimizing multi-channel campaigns, strengthening brand awareness, and supporting program teams in both the United States and at our subsidiary, Cultural Vistas gGmbH in Berlin. You will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications. Candidates based in the Washington, D.C. Metro area who can commit to a hybrid schedule are preferred.
