Responsibilities of the
Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator
include, but are not limited to:
• Reports to Office Manager• Assists Office Manager, VP of Operations and Vice President with various marketing, sales and administrative tasks• Tradeshow coordination: register for booths and badges, coordinate travel, organize giveaways and vendor banners, etc.• Event planning (DXP University, customer, vendor and company events): Scheduling, advertising, arranging caterers, rentals, registration, and agendas/itineraries, determine audio visual equipment needs of instructors; ensuring that we have vendor banners, set up and tear down, etc.• Organize sales meetings: arrange catering, room set up, hotel reservations, restaurant reservations, assistance in booking travel, etc.• Organize vendor literature for all branches• Responsible for ordering, tracking inventory and distributing company gear including hats, shirts, and promotional items• Assist in Line Card edits and ordering• Assist salespeople with sending out literature or organizing events for them• Oversee some social media• Organize vendor visits for sales calls• Manage Sales Calendar• Assist sales team in creating, improving, gathering, and maintaining all sales Power Points. Create and maintain database of Power Point (collect all current presentations for organization). Database to be stored in existing Sales Teams folder• Website review and updates• Misc. marketing tasks• Various administrative tasks• Coverage of admin team when necessary

Qualifications of the
Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator
include, but are not limited to:
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred• 2+ years' experience in an administrative role• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Computer experience is a must• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being a team player• Great communication skills• Exceptional time management and organizational skills• Detail oriented• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Marketing experience preferred
Additional Information:
Pay Range:
$25.00+ (DOE)
Shift Time/Overtime:
8am - 5pm, with overtime as neededTravel:
Out of town travel occasionally required.
