Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.We're looking for a versatile creative with senior-level experience in graphic, visual design and art direction.DescriptionThe Associate Creative Director of Design (ACD) at Apple is responsible for originating and illustrating creative ideas to be used in marketing campaigns. This professional should be able to deliver innovative thinking and will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver holistic cohesive creative solutions. Responsibilities include:Hands-on Approach:
Ensure that the creative intent is achieved by executing the conceptual development and illustrating design concepts through a variety of mediums, including hand sketches, mock-ups, and proof of concept sample art.Idea Generation and Conceptual Collaboration:
Spearhead projects by concepting against briefings focused but not limited to Latin America and US Hispanic markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver design solutions that align with Apple's brand standards.Creative Problem-Solving:
Collaborate with the Resources Manager and producers to find innovative solutions that elevate creative work during the delivery process.Integrated Mentality:
Distill sophisticated concepts that will span different subject areas such as social media, online, retail, and work for third-party sales partners in the region.Production Oversight:
Supervise and manage external vendors producing work for Marcom. Collaborate with Production Designers, Art Working and print production, ensuring alignment with Apple's high-quality standards.Minimum QualificationsIndustry experience in a design studio or creative/advertising agency. Must provide a design portfolio or work samples.Key QualificationsPreferred Qualifications10+ years of overall design experience with a focus on leading creative projects, design or advertising campaigns.Advanced design skills, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of the design process and trends in digital and print mediums.Well versed in design fundamentals, including but not restricted to motion, typography, 3D, digital/interactive, print, video/animation and illustration.Possess a strong visual design background with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.Outstanding and effective communication skills, written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.Understanding of digital, retail and channel communications in Latin America and/or US-Hispanic market.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Understanding of global campaign development and localization.Desire to deliver at an outstanding level with a particular passion for crafting work that is thoughtful, relevant, accurate, clear and inspiring.Knows how to marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done.Ability to make sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.Uses a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.Education & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
