Apple is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join the U.S. Education Strategy, Demand Generation, and Enablement team. As the lead for digital marketing operations, you will help the demand generation team unlock ways of engaging with customers in an impactful way and track marketing success.Description- Own the digital marketing tech stack for US Education including direct-to-customer campaigns and through partner campaigns.- Enable data-driven decisions for the marketing team through reporting and data analysis of program performance and impact on the business.- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, efficiency, and business impact.- Be responsible for the marketing instance of Salesforce.- Lead marketing use of the marketing automation platform.- Lead contact acquisition and database strategy and oversight and ongoing cleanse with new contacts - monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.- Stay abreast of the latest marketing technology trends.- Lead web-based event execution and reporting - develop a robust knowledge of the event tool.- Work closely with sales operations, BPR, and engineers on developing marketing automation capabilities and execution.- Subject Matter Expert on email scoring and nurture.- Collaborate with the worldwide marketing team on social media enablement execution and metrics.Minimum Requirements5 years of marketing operations and digital marketing experience.Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze large amounts of data across multiple systems.Understanding of B2B lead funnel, MQL, and SQL tracking.Understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, UCAN...).Solid understanding of Pardot.Expertise in Salesforce.Proficiency in Qualtrics.Proficient in HTML.Preferred QualificationsDegree in marketing, education, business, or related discipline, preferred.Pardot Certification preferred.Ability to quickly learn new marketing automation platforms and systems.Resourceful, creative, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.Ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, influence, and drive results across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners.Ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively across many functional teams.Passion and self-motivation, with outstanding attention to detail, sense of urgency, and follow-through.Experience in social media metrics.Strong background in AB testing across digital channels.Content creation experience in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and After Effects.
