Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels, including website analytics, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising. Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into campaign performance. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization based on data analysis. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI. Provide recommendations for adjustments and improvements to enhance campaign outcomes. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine digital marketing strategies and tactics. Assist in the creation of data-driven strategies to target specific customer segments and achieve business objectives. Segment audiences and create targeted marketing initiatives based on customer data and insights. Work closely with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and overall brand strategy. Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, data analysis, or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, social media analytics tools). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
