Insight Global is leading the search to hire a creative and experienced digital engagement and communications professional in Bedminster, NJ to help grow its digital presence and deepen relationships and synchronize the digital journey for its partners within the government space. In this role, the Director of Digital Engagement will be responsible for driving online visibility, customer/member engagement, revenue growth, and building a compelling brand identity through content creation, website design and curation, and integration of CRM tools to deliver an enhanced user experience across our online platforms. The ideal candidate to manage the enhanced online landscape for the client is a dynamic leader and strategic thinker with strong communications skills and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital engagement, communications, and marketing strategies. Regulated industry experience in government services, life sciences, financial services, etc. 7 years' digital marketing experience with recent experience in a lead role defining digital strategy Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including but not limited to email, websites, digital media programs, paid search, SEO, social media, mobile apps, CRM, etc. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess business results of marketing tactics, define appropriate metrics, and maximize value of marketing investment Strong writing and presentation skills Motivated self-starter with ability to operate as an individual contributor, in addition to managing vendor partners for execution of technical tasks Bachelors degree and strong portfolio of work
