The Director, Brand Operations (Performance Media + Growth & Lifecycle Marketing) is a digital native, key driver of efficient operations and is a highly effective, production savvy project professional responsible for the creation of compelling creative across a diverse mix on channels for NBCU’s streaming platform, Peacock and it’s key programming.
This position requires excellent production management skills across video, paid social, digital and design, plus the ability to track versioning across deliverables. Exceptional communication, organization, strategic planning and prioritization skills required. The successful candidate should have demonstrated an ability to foster strong relationships while delivering project goals in complex matrixed settings.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Brand Creative Operations and will manage a team of project managers. An ability to lead with empathy, empower a team and influence stakeholders with authority to keep production moving forward is a must.
The Director would be responsible for providing support to the end-to-end creative development and delivery of AV and static content to support acquisition and retention workstreams. For the Performance Media responsibilities, it includes managing the creative production of paid social, display, programmatic, digital video, etc. The role will also be the creative strategy operations and planning partner for the performance media marketing team – including a solid understanding of performance media data to enable creative testing and optimization.
For the Growth & Lifecycle Marketing responsibilities, it includes managing the creative production of the retention focused on-platform creative workstream of up to 30 monthly video promos and the always-on CRM needs. It also includes supporting effort arounds around marketing product features and promotional offers.
Lead all facets of creative development from production through to delivery for all workstreams
Manage project planning, timelines, and budgets with the goal of delivering world-class creative on time, on budget and with minimal error.
Facilitate ownership over the entire campaign process, including tracking, versioning, approvals, and delivery of all final creative deliverables.
Expected to find ways to evolve and innovate on the creative, production process and team structure.
Create required project documentation and reports, including asset trackers and production budgets.
Ability to spot risk in a campaign and mitigate and/or escalate as need be
Liaise with other project managers both on Brand and across other production teams to action process improvements and ensure cross-functional alignment
Liaise with cross-functional leads to support retention and acquisition initiatives across the organization, including facilitating assets production requests and advocating for best-practices in the channel
Represent Brand Ops and advocate for project management standards and best practices
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent, 6+ years' experience leading production centric projects
Strong control of project management skillsets, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $150,000 (bonus & long-term incentive eligible)
