- Works closely with undergraduate admissions, graduate and professional admissions, and academic colleges to coordinate recruitment and enrollment marketing initiatives to achieve strategic enrollment objectives; oversees the coordination, production, and timely delivery of all SEM marketing and communications, ensuring alignment with university brand strategy and guidelines.20%
- Oversees key digital marketing platforms and initiatives including the customer relationship management system (CRM), email marketing, and SEM websites and web development.20%
- Coordinates workload and manages teams' effective use of the department project management system; leads and actively manages staff by creating a supportive and positive work environment; employs a comprehensive performance management system with staff, including performance planning, coaching, and performance reviews; serves on committees and conducts special projects.10%
- Has shared responsibility for student business communications for SEM offices and other duties as assigned.Education/ExperienceRequired : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10 years experience creating and managing operational and strategic marketing and communication; demonstrated experience in developing and implementing audience-centric marketing and communications strategies and action plans; experience deploying multi-channel strategy, including print, email, social media, website management, and digital advertising; experience overseeing customer relations management (CRM) and marketing automation systems; understands how to leverage research and metrics to inform strategy and track performance; strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build cooperative, effective relationships with internal and external constituents. Excellent leadership with the ability to inspire others and affect change; excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to think critically and possess a strong attention to detail. Proven project and time management skills, including the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
