The
Director - Marketing
is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market & sales strategy and achieving company goals.
Essential functions may include but are not limited to:
Develop and managestrategic planning for the Marketing department.Planning, directing, and coordinatingmarketing projects, campaigns and initiatives from start to finish.Partner with the manager of the Marketing department to sustain and grow programs and services.Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.Oversee the marketing department to ensure performance goals are set and met for the Marketing department.Market development through market research and planning.Building brand awareness and positioning.Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.Participate in corporate strategic planning to grow the ETP family of brands based on market research and competitor analyses.Work with brand leadership and sales department on products and solutions.Develops annual sales plan and budgets in support of organizational strategy and objectives
Base Salary Range:
$88,060/year - $130,499/year This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
