Position: Document WriterOur client needs someone that has experience documenting SOP’s for internal warranty processes including claim entry into SAP, and proper processes and procedures for claim reviews and updates into the system.
Required* 3+ years of experience with documentation of SOPs (Standard operating processes)* Experience documenting SOP’s for OEM & RTV processes and procedures.* Experience with documentation in SAP systems* Experience creating a playbook that can be distributed internally and throughout customer sites regarding the proper handing of failing OEM parts.* Experience creating & Documenting SOP’s for still developing standards of customer service.
