Overview
The Marketing Email Coordinator supports the marketing team with the creation, execution, and reporting of the IAPP’s marketing email campaigns. In addition to day-to-day email operations, the coordinator will support other efforts within the Marketing Media Team including media planning, placement, and reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports marketing team through the execution of day-to-day marketing email production.
- Assemble, test, and send marketing emails.
- Coordinate marketing automation logistics.
- Develop performance reports to communicate email success.
- Continuously improve email marketing processes.
- Assist the media team with other digital media operations, including media planning, reporting and project management.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four year college or university; and at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient with all MS Office applications.
- Expertise with Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, marketing automation (Marketo) and campaign management, including measurement, reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in digital media marketing including use of email campaigns and marketing analytics.
- Experience in marketing campaign optimization and A/B testing.
