Our Intern/Management Trainee Program provides
post-graduates
the opportunity to gain practical marketing knowledge and experience by contributing to various client account teams in a stimulating agency environment. We are currently interviewing post-graduates only for this position.
Primary Job Responsibilities:Support account team(s) in all aspects of client program planning and executionConduct market/target demographic researchConduct local market venue researchCoordinate the production of creative program elementsCoordinate with agency vendors & suppliersFacilitate weekly account team meetings including scheduling, note taking and agenda preparationAssist with program reporting and documentation to clientsContribute to shipping/inventory responsibilities as needed including warehouse inventoryAssist in strategic planning brainstorms for current and potential clientsExperience, Qualifications, and Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications (preferred but not required)Excellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPointSelf-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented
