Summary of the Role:
Cosm is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Venue Marketing Intern to join our team this summer. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience by assisting in the creation, execution, and analysis of consumer marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our product and marketing teams to conduct research, analyze data, and develop insights that inform compelling consumer messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating, reviewing, & executing venue marketing campaigns tailored to drive ticketing for our venue events. Develop engaging content that resonates with sports and entertainment fans as part of the social media strategy. Partner cross-functionally to analyze paid media and present campaign optimization recommendations. Assist in analyzing the latest marketing trends others in the entertainment and sport space are executing and provide learnings and insights. Present data-driven findings and recommendations to the venue marketing team. All Internships Include:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and an interest in data-driven marketing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Some experience with HTML. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot). Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics). A creative flair for crafting compelling messaging. Available to work in a Cosm Office (hybrid). Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Interest in immersive technology and content. The hourly pay for this position is $16.90/hr.
