Job Information:

Victory Church is seeking a full-time Worship/Youth Pastor or a part-time Youth Pastor and part-time Worship Pastor. We are a non-denominational, independent Pentecostal church with a congregation of over 200 people. We invite you to join our staff and church community! We are looking for individuals with vision and leadership skills to enhance our worship and foster spiritual growth among our youth.

Duties for Youth Pastor:

1. Lead the entire youth program weekly, including teachings, worship, and events.
2. Preach/teach during weekly youth services, which are at 10 am on Sunday and 7 pm on Wednesday. Youth worship practice is on Wednesdays at 6 pm, and Youth hangout is from 6:30 pm to 7 pm. Music skills are preferred, but leadership skills to develop youth are also acceptable.
3. Develop a strong biblical foundation in the youth and help them become active participants in the church body.
4. Plan and lead various youth activities involving youth and parents, with a goal of holding at least two events per month.
5. Assist the Lead Pastor in the overall growth and care of the church, with a focus on youth.
6. Work effectively within a team concept with staff, parents, youth, and the church community.
7. Utilize modern technology in youth programs.
8. Perform other duties as needed.

Duties for Worship Pastor:

1. Lead praise and worship during church services at 11 am on Sunday and 7 pm on Wednesday, following the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
2. Teach music and train musicians and singers.
3. Coordinate with sound technicians and manage computer technology related to worship.
4. Work within a team with staff, volunteers, and the congregation.
5. Plan worship songs for regular and special services such as Christmas and Easter, ensuring the music appeals to all ages and reflects our congregation's diversity.
6. Assist the Lead Pastor in the overall growth and care of the church, with a focus on youth.
7. Perform other duties as needed.
