BASE SALARY:$60,000 - $70,000 CAD //$65,000 - $90,000 USD
As a
Paid Media Specialist , you will plan, execute, and optimize our paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, strong data analysis skills, and a passion for driving profitable growth through paid media strategies.
Job Duties
Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve ROI
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives
Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies
Manage budgets, forecasts, and spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget and achieve desired outcomes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders
Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment
Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required
Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude and a passion for driving growth and innovation
Ability to work cross-culturally on a global team
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to perform at a high level in a remote work environment
