Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll manage all aspects of email marketing, from strategy and creative development to analytics and optimization. Your expertise will be pivotal in maximizing efficiency, ensuring brand consistency, and driving innovation.You have a passion for applying a quantitative approach to prioritization and problem solving, and are experienced in hands-on-keyboard program management. You are highly analytical, and a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Managing email marketing campaigns strategy, including planning, targeting, segmentation, and deployment of email campaigns.Developing and executing strategy for email creative, personalization, and segmentation to improve performance against KPIs.Optimizing and expanding automations and ad hoc marketing campaigns for prospective and existing customers. Generating a flywheel of testing and feedback to support a rigorous, iterative testing agenda, of both existing automations and programs, as well as net new ones.Applying strategic, analytical, and critical eye towards campaign assessment and performance. Conducting regular campaign performance analysis, leveraging data to provide (and action) insights and recommendations to improve performance against targets, and spearhead data-driven initiatives to enhance customer experience and revenue growth.Tracking, analyzing, reporting and optimizing programs - keeping stakeholders informed of performance wins, opportunities, and risks.Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Creative Services, Product, Tech, and Business Intelligence to develop, implement, and measure effective email campaigns.Partnering with creative services to develop creative that is optimized for desired response.Collaborating with Marketing Technology Lead to monitor, maintain & improve API connections for triggers and data flows, and data quality within the email marketing, with a goal to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting.Collaborating with email marketing manager to deliver creative briefs that are based on data-driven best practices and channel insights.Oversight of email marketing calendar.Oversight of troubleshooting on all email issues, including templates, programs, API integrations, and segmentation.Oversight of email production team to ensure flawless execute against project delivery dates.Staying current with industry trends, tools and best practices in email marketing and lead nurturing.Prioritizing tasks effectively to maximize impact and meet business objectives, and establish workflows to drive process and resource efficiencies.Maintaining a flexible approach to respond to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities.
How you'll measure success:Drive growth in customer acquisitionAchieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets for key metricsDevelop, launch, and optimize email campaigns that achieve targeted results.
REQUIRED SKILLS.
4+ years’ experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing at a B2C brandPossess deep expertise in all facets of email marketing, including strategy, creative development, deliverability, testing, segmentation, analytics, compliance, and codingAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Must be extremely comfortable with numbers and performance analysis.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as GA4, PowerBI, Tableau, or other similar reporting tools.Experience with Listrack is preferredStrong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with both internal and external teams.Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing challenges and finding solutions.Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentYou rigorously question and test your own and others’ assumptions, supported by data—ABOUT FETCH—Fetch is a high-growth, Warburg-Pincus portfolio company.
