This role involves developing, implementing, and supporting B2B marketing activities to build brand awareness, engage with, and acquire retail partners. With a focus on addressing the financial challenges faced by millennials, they offer a payment platform providing interest-free installment plans, enhancing consumer purchasing power and boosting eCommerce merchant sales.Key Responsibilities:B2B Marketing Strategy Development:Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with sales goals.Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing efforts with measurable business objectives.Develop the B2B customer experience journey, identifying key inflection points and creating strategies to support them.Manage analytics surrounding B2B marketing efforts.Campaign Management:Plan, create, and manage multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including ads, videos, social media, and coordinating press releases and events.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize effectiveness.Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all B2B marketing channels.Content Creation and Management:Lead the development of high-quality B2B marketing content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, press releases, and videos.Manage the B2B content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.Collaborate with Marketing Design, Sales, and PR teams to produce content.Event Management:Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other B2B marketing events to support business goals.Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-up activities.Help set event goals and evaluate event success and ROI to inform future event strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field.Minimum 5 years of B2B experience, preferably with FinTech knowledge.Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and ABM tools/techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong creative and analytical thinking and a strong ability to problem-solve.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of online advertising, content creation, event management, and B2B marketing best practices.Strong ability to interpret data with a high attention to detail to drive marketing decisions.Proven track record of coordinating cross-departmental alignment.Previous experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and ABM software is a plus.About You:You have relentlessly high standards and continually raise the bar, driving those around you to deliver great results.You're innovative and enjoy developing new ways to do things.You thrive on action and can make quick, calculated decisions.You earn trust through attentive listening, candid communication, and respectful treatment of others.You have backbone; you respectfully challenge decisions when necessary and commit wholly once a decision is made.You focus on key inputs and deliver them with quality and timeliness, rising to the occasion despite setbacks.What Makes Working Here Awesome:The company values innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusion.
