We're seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Designer to drive creative and digital innovation for GE HealthCare's US & Canada markets. As a strategic creative, you'll shape compelling digital narratives that bring our groundbreaking medical technology stories to life across emerging digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of digital design, storytelling, and healthcare innovation.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Storytelling & Creative Strategy:
- Lead conceptual development of digital-first campaigns, creating immersive storytelling experiences across web, social, and emerging platforms
- Pioneer innovative approaches to conveying complex healthcare solutions through visual storytelling
- Drive creative vision for digital advertising campaigns, including paid social, display, and innovative ad formats
- Guide junior designers in concept development and design best practices
Digital Design Excellence:
- Craft compelling digital experiences focused on audience expectations and needs
- Design dynamic content for various digital touchpoints including web, mobile, social media, digital advertising, and interactive presentations
- Develop motion design and video concepts
Digital Innovation & Trends:
- Champion emerging digital design trends and technologies, evaluating their potential for enhancing our storytelling capabilities
- Explore new digital advertising formats and platforms
- Investigate AI and automation tools that enhance design workflows
- Identify opportunities to elevate our digital presence through innovative design approaches
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor team members in digital design principles and emerging technologies
- Foster collaboration between design, UX, content, and marketing teams
- Present creative concepts to senior stakeholders and guide strategic design decisions
- Lead creative reviews and provide constructive direction to elevate work
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a creative role
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, UI/UX design, and innovative storytelling
- Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring junior designers
- Expertise in industry-standard design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and formats
- Experience with video content creation
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of creative professional experience

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $110,880.00-$166,320.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
