Our client, a leader in the advertising industry, is seeking a Producer 4 to join their team. As a Producer 4, you will be part of the Frontier Creative team supporting innovative global advertising and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and exceptional communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Producer 4

Location: Remote, must be based in the US. No C2Cs or third parties.

Pay Range: $43-$47 per hour

What's the Job?

• Design and manage production processes that integrate AI tooling into creative workflows.
• Build and scale repeatable frameworks for content development using AI-enhanced production models.
• Partner with campaign, strategy, and creative leads to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Translate briefs into resourcing plans, timelines, and tooling strategies aligned with creative goals.
• Collaborate with legal, privacy, and brand governance partners to ensure responsible AI usage.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in creative production for advertising campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across creative and technical tracks.
• Strong knowledge of creative workflows across video, motion, and digital design.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe GenStudio and ChatGPT.
• Exceptional communication and vendor management skills.
