About you.
We're seeking a designer with experience in brand/design systems. The ideal candidate thinks creatively to produce new ideas and fresh concepts. Must have 3-5 years of experience and a keen eye for detail. If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building creative assets, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce a variety of visual assets, including digital graphics, video production, print materials, social media content for our Global Real Estate.
Collaborate with the marketing team and senior creative teams to develop and execute design concepts that meet project objectives.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
Revise and refine designs based on feedback from Marketing Managers and the Brand Team.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design w/ video experience or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere etc.)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong video editing skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Experience in Luxury Real Estate is a huge plus.
- Ability to commute to Coconut Grove, Fl 33133 is required.
