Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better.Our Integrated Marketing & Campaigns team is building a best in class B2B marketing engine. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Campaigns, you will help define and build strategies for us to reach specific segments of mental health providers. You’ll be a data-driven B2B marketer who infuses the voice of the customer into creative marketing programs to grow our mental health provider network. The ideal candidate has experience dreaming, planning, launching, and determining success of marketing programs that drive direct-response goals. The Integrated Marketing & Campaigns team is just getting started and we’re excited for you to help shape where we’re going.You will:Build and manage full-funnel marketing programs that resonate with specific audience segments of mental health providersOwn an audience lead target and identify new channels, campaigns, and evergreen marketing programs to reach the target – in partnership with salesResearch audience segments to develop messaging and positioning tests that resonateBuild and manage a calendar of regular marketing programs to attract, engage, and convert target audiencePartner closely with business unit sales team and leaders to connect marketing programsBe the voice of this audience in internal planning and manage audience segment GTM across marketing channel and sales partnersCreate and document repeatable process that make our campaign go to market engine run seamlessly and provide a great experience for stakeholders we partner withBuild relationships with stakeholders across marketing (product marketing, content, creative, design, channels), cross-functionally (in-house experts, corporate communications, sales, analytics), and externally (customer, industry thought leaders)Dive into the numbers to understand what works so we can scale and what doesn’t so we can move onBe a continuous learner and stay on top of the latest marketing trends and effective ways to reach an audienceYou’d be a great fit for this role if:You have 5-10+ years of experience building and scaling multi-channel integrated marketing programs for a B2B audienceYou are highly detailed and process-oriented – working with a range of stakeholders, numerous steps + deadlines, and a spreadsheet with dozens of deliverables is your bread and butterYou’ve built campaigns and ongoing marketing programs that include webinars/digital events, physical eventsYou’ve partnered with marketing channels like email/lifecycle, paid, social to amplify campaigns and nurture new leadsYou have high critical thinking skills and a strong bias towards action – you can take ideas from a range of sources without stalling forward progressYou have experience marketing to healthcare or mental health audiences (preferred)Compensation and Benefits:Salary information is based on a single salary target per role and is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C)
Group A: $160,000Group B: $144,000Group C: $128,000Examples of cities located in each Compensation Grouping:
Group A = NYC, SF/Bay Area, LA Area, Seattle, Boston, Austin, and San DiegoGroup B = Chicago, Miami, Denver, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Nashville, Sacramento, Phoenix, and PortlandGroup C = All remaining cities
Other compensation includes: discretionary bonuses and/or commission
