Salem Media Group in Camarillo, CA has an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic team member to assist with employee engagement, events, social media, and other assigned HR duties.
Working with the Benefits & Culture Manager, the HR & Social Media Coordinator will collaborate on social media initiatives, job postings, and reporting. They will utilize Canva to design social media graphics and event-related materials. The coordinator will support employee engagement initiatives and partner with the Benefits & Culture Manager to plan and coordinate in-office and off-site employee events. Additionally, they will provide general support to the HR team, including file organization and audits, open enrollment, and responding to employee inquiries.

Qualifications
Previous experience in planning and executing events.Strong knowledge of social media platforms: LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.Proficient with Canva.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.Familiarity with social media analytics.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organization and time management skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.SEO (Search Engine Optimization) experience is a plus.HR experience is a plus.While there may occasionally be an opportunity to work remotely, this position is primarily an in-office position.
