We are seeking a Project Manager as part of the OptumRx Prior Authorization Communication Operation team. This position has responsibility for the planning, managing, and executing of projects associated with Optum Rx Prior Authorization decision communication to ensure flawless content, delivery, and successful results.The ideal candidate must have demonstrated the ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a fast paced, results oriented work environment. Additionally, you must be highly motived, roll up your sleeves, and collaborative partner with a passion towards producing excellence for each project.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:Accountability of the end-to-end project plan - Oversee Prior Authorization communication projects from start to finish, managing timelines and making sure that all aspects of the project are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budgetPartner with internal cross functional teams to foster highly engaged and collaborative partnerships to achieve optimal performance and successful outcomesCoordinate content cleanup/consolidation efforts with partners from across the business to achieve the goal and report out on timelinesWork closely with business unit partners to understand program goals and objectives to develop strategic and suitable project plans to achieve successful implementation and optimal resultsManage competing priorities and timelines across the cross functional project teamUse multiple platforms for organizing, tracking and managing projects. Create, manage, and communicate project timelines leveraging Workfront (PM Software tool)Schedule and facilitate project status and kickoff meetingsLead weekly project status meetings on progress and potential risksMaintain detailed project plan status and associated project plan reporting metricsLead and embrace continuous improvement methodologies and drive detailed solutions to completion with minimal oversight

The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
