About Our Internship Program:
Our Fall 2024 internship cycle takes place between September 2024 - December 2024.
This is an unpaid, remote educational internship. Our interns gain a hands-on learning experience unparalleled in the classroom. As an intern, you will report directly into a supervisor and have the opportunity explore your career field of interest, gain in-house agency experience, acquire new skills for resume building, and establish vital career networks and mentors.
Summary of Position:
NVE's internal marketing department acts as the external force to generate clients and leads through content marketing (editorial, video, social), PR (press releases, executive bylined articles, thought leadership), events (panels, fireside conversations) and other sales marketing initiatives and projects.
Candidate should be a strong copywriter, with an emphasis on social media content creation, and should be extremely attentive to detail.
This role will directly support and report to the Sales Marketing & Communications Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:Assist in maintaining a Content Calendar and consolidate marketing assetsInvestigate current trends in the media, brand, and agency landscapeAct as liaison with other departments as needed for marketing resources and support (COGNITION, Design, Communications, Accounts, Production, etc.)Assist in maintaining internal and external project overviews and status reportsGain hands-on experience overseeing full projects as assigned by Marketing leadsAttend and participate in department meetingsAssist with meeting preparation, organizing meeting notes, and circulating post-meeting recap emails as neededContent Creation:
Support in development of NVE brand assets, copy and other materials for social and marketing objectivesSupport social media strategy and programming (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, FB, etc.)Assist with publishing, image sourcing and copywriting across multiple social platformsAssist in any NVE owned video content series (scheduling, production, internal communication, and organization)Support the Marketing Coordinator in capturing content during on-site activationsQualifications:

Be currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college/universityMust have a personal laptop/computerMust be able to work remotely at least 3 days a week or 20 hours within the 9:00-6:00pm Pacific Time zone; Must be available to work on Thursdays from 2:00-3:00pm Pacific Time
Location : We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in Los Angeles, however, we will consider remote candidates for this role.
