LPL Financial is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Institutional Client Marketing to lead marketing initiatives for our institutional client segment. This high-impact role operates at "agency speed," requiring exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills to deliver innovative and results-driven marketing programs. Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Strategic Development: Design and implement marketing strategies tailored to institutional clients to drive measurable business outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing campaigns. Industry Insight: Leverage deep financial services knowledge to create client-centric marketing solutions. Quality Assurance: Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and are accurate and consistent. Process Optimization: Improve and adhere to marketing processes in collaboration with operations for efficiency and compliance. Leadership & Initiative: Navigate complex challenges with minimal direction and lead teams to successful outcomes. Agency Oversight: Manage external marketing agencies to align execution with strategic goals. Creative Innovation: Promote a culture of creativity and innovation in marketing approaches. Autonomous Execution: Work independently with resilience, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing associates. Executive Engagement: Align marketing strategies with business priorities and build strong relationships with Institutional Business Line Executives. What Are We Looking For?

1015 years of experience in the financial services industry. Experience managing external agencies for optimized marketing performance. Experience in a marketing agency environment. Familiarity with AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing impact. Core Competencies
Proven success in managing complex marketing projects in fast-paced environments. Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities. Demonstrated ability to execute marketing programs that deliver measurable results. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proficiency in operational process management and improvement. Ability to lead independently and solve complex problems. Strong leadership and team development skills. Executive presence with the ability to build trust with senior leaders. Pay Range
$125,775-$209,625/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
