Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager located in Charlotte, NC. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management operations, including resident relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination. The role involves managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading a team to maintain high standards of property appearance and resident satisfaction. Additionally, the Community Manager will conduct market analysis and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and rental revenue.
