As the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Portfolio Management for a leading food and beverage distributor in Nebraska, you'll drive innovative strategies that propel our client's emerging brands to new heights. Your leadership will be the key to unlocking growth and success.
In this role, you will:Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Craft and implement strategies that align with company revenue goals and capitalize on market opportunities.Lead Marketing Initiatives:
Oversee cutting-edge marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive brand growth.Manage a Diverse Portfolio:
Oversee product lifecycle management, making strategic decisions that optimize profitability.Inspire and Mentor Teams:
Lead sales and marketing teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring they have the tools and training to succeed.Key Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience selling into grocery retail environments, preferably with up-and-coming brands or in a startup environment.Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving results.Strategic thinker with experience in developing long-term sales and marketing strategies.Proficient in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
