Target Analyst Reporter (TAR), level 3 with
TS/SCI clearance and polygraph
to join our Defense & Homeland Security Division working in Wahiawa, Hawaii.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify authorizations needed for compliant collection and specific collection requirements.Coordinate and adjust collection in response to mission requirements.Collaborate with developers and analysts to address collection requirements.Support and enforce the policies, regulations and standards for collection.Maintain requirements and tasking knowledge bases.Collaborate across mission stakeholders to identify changes.Support the development of courses of actions to sustain mission.Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems.Ensure that products conform to customer reporting policy guidance and style standards.REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE A degree in any field is acceptable.Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: policy and compliance, signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection, analysis or processing, and/or networking and telecommunications systems. Completion of military training in a relevant area (such as Signals Collection or Analysis program) will be considered towards the relevant experience requirement (i.e., a 24-week course will count as 6 months of experience).Education and Experience by Level
