Overview
Our client is an interior design company. They seek a temp to perm Marketing Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
Perform basic graphic design tasks and retouch photos as needed
Manage content database and prepare imagery for collection launches
Create marketing collateral as well as visual merchandising plans
Organize showroom rotations and make sure they are in order
Coordinate showroom material for new launches and deliveries
Handle sourcing and organizing props for collection photoshoots
Assist on set during photoshoots and organize show participation
Provide support during tradeshow, including set up and clean up for events
Fulfill requests for samples for showroom and tradeshow displays
Maintain the sample room in the office, ensuring all tools are available
Requirements
3+ years of marketing and design experience
Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience with website content management systems (CMS)
Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
